この契約においては、支払いは円建て(ドル建て)で行うものとします。
  • All payments required under this Agreement shall be made in Japanese currency (United States Dollars).
契約は、締結日から効力を発するものとし、有効期間は2年間とします。
  • This Agreement shall become effective as of the day first above written and shall expire 2years after the effective date
限定的な保証に関する条件と免責事項を明記してください。
  • We would like to make clear the condition of limited warrantry and waiver of liability.
契約の終了に際しては、2ヶ月前の通知が必要とすることとします。
  • Either party who wants to terminate the contract must give a two month notice to the other party.
契約書を2部お送りします。1部はご捺印の上、弊社に返送ください。
