いっぱんきょうしょ‐えんぜつ【一般教書演説】
米国大統領が、合衆国憲法第2条に基づいて、連邦議会両院に対し、内外の情勢を報告し、主要な施策方針を表明するために毎年行う演説。通例、1月の最終火曜日に行われる。
